"Uh, the color just looks really..."
Uh, the color just looks really dull in person, and it’s way dimmer than I expected.

"Helpful customer service"
I had a good experience with Custom Neon. I had a couple questions about the size and color before placing my order, and their support team got back to me faster than I expected.
The only reason I’m giving 4 stars is because one of the replies was a little unclear at first, but they cleared it up when I asked again. Overall, it was easy to deal with them and their help was actually useful.

"I was bummed when the neon sign..."
I was bummed when the neon sign arrived, it just didn’t match the design proof I approved. The font looked different, and the spacing felt off too, enough that it really stood out. I was excited for it, so yeah, disappointing...

"Decent sign, but setup was a hassle"
The sign looks fine once it’s up, but getting it installed was more frustrating than I expected. The holes didn’t line up that well, and the instructions were bare-bones, which made the whole thing take longer than it should have. It wasn’t awful, but it felt like an avoidable hassle.

"The neon sign showed up and yeah..."
The neon sign showed up and yeah, it works fine, but for what I paid, I was expecting a little more wow. It’s smaller than I thought it’d be, and the brightness is just okay, not bad, but nothing crazy either.
Shipping took longer than I expected too, which was kinda annoying. It’s not a total dud or anything, but I don’t really feel like it was worth the price. I probably could’ve found something similar for cheaper somewhere else, tbh.

"Delivery was a whole “patience test”"
The shipping was frustrating. My order took way longer than I expected, and the tracking was basically Captain Useless the whole time. I kept checking for updates, but it just sat there like it was on vacation for days. If you’re not in a hurry, maybe it’s fine, but I actually needed it sooner. Overall, not a great experience.
